INTERIM REPORT TO CONGRESS ON THE NONMOTORIZED TRANSPORTATION PILOT PROGRAM

As a demonstration project, the NTPP program is extensively documenting its activities, research and outcomes. An interim report to Congress has been prepared which establishes baseline information for all four NTPP communities and discusses planned activities for the program. A final report to Congress on the outcomes will be prepared in 2011. You can view the interim report here.
